
A fresh, tasty burger with a succulent chicken fillet flavoured with satay and topped with natural yoghurt. Great for lazy afternoons! We found this recipe on tastyrecipes.co.nz!
Ingredients

| 1 | pkt | MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay |
| spray oil for cooking | ||
| 1/3 | cup | plain unsweetened yoghurt |
| 1 | tbsp | chopped coriander |
| 1 | cucumber, sliced into ribbons | |
| 6 | burger buns, sliced | |
| 2 | cups | baby spinach leaves |
| salad vegetables e.g. tomato, onion, avocado, if desired |
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay, marinate for 10 minutes.2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil, cook chicken over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear and chicken is cooked.3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yoghurt and coriander, evenly divide mixture and cucumber over burger buns, add 1/2 cup spinach and other salad vegetables on each bun, top with chicken, serve warm.
