MAGGI Satay Chicken Burgers

A fresh, tasty burger with a succulent chicken fillet flavoured with satay and topped with natural yoghurt. Great for lazy afternoons! We found this recipe on tastyrecipes.co.nz!

Ingredients

Amount Measurement Ingredient
6 boneless chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
1 pkt MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay
spray oil for cooking
1/3 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
6 burger buns, sliced
2 cups baby spinach leaves
salad vegetables e.g. tomato, onion, avocado, if desired

Method

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay, marinate for 10 minutes.2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil, cook chicken over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear and chicken is cooked.3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yoghurt and coriander, evenly divide mixture and cucumber over burger buns, add 1/2 cup spinach and other salad vegetables on each bun, top with chicken, serve warm.
