|6||boneless chicken thigh fillets, trimmed|
|1||pkt||MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay|
|spray oil for cooking|
|1/3||cup||plain unsweetened yoghurt|
|1||cucumber, sliced into ribbons|
|6||burger buns, sliced|
|2||cups||baby spinach leaves|
|salad vegetables e.g. tomato, onion, avocado, if desired|
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and MAGGI Ten Minute Marinade Satay, marinate for 10 minutes.2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil, cook chicken over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear and chicken is cooked.3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yoghurt and coriander, evenly divide mixture and cucumber over burger buns, add 1/2 cup spinach and other salad vegetables on each bun, top with chicken, serve warm.
