Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 pkt MAGGI Just ONE PAN Satay Chicken Rice Recipe Base
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup long grain rice

Method

How to make1. Spray large deep frying pan with oil, add chicken, cook 2 minutes or until browned.
2. Add onion and capsicum, cook 2 minutes.
3. Add MAGGI Just ONE PAN Satay Chicken Rice Recipe Base and peanut butter, stir to combine.
4. Add 2¾ cups (690mL) water, and rice, mix well. (Water will absorb and infuse the rice with flavour).
5. Bring to the boil, simmer covered 30-35 minutes or until rice os tender, stir occasionally and serve.
