Ingredients
| LEMON & HONEY CHICKEN |
| 1 tbsp olive oil |
| 1 pkt MAGGI Onion Soup Mix |
| 2 tbsp liquid honey |
| 1 lemon, juiced |
| 2 tsp lemon zest |
| 2 skinless chicken breast fillets, sliced into quarters |
| WALDORF SALAD |
| 1 cup penne pasta |
| 2 red apples, cored and sliced |
| 2 spring onions, sliced |
| 2 celery stalks, chopped |
| 1/2 cup walnut halves |
| DRESSING |

Method
HONEY CHICKEN:
1. Combine oil, MAGGI Onion Soup Mix, honey and lemon juice and zest. Rub over chicken. Grill for 10 minutes, turning once or until well cooked.
SALAD:
1. Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and toss with remaining salad ingredients. Toss dressing through salad and serve with the sliced Honey Chicken.
