I’ve never been able to get liquid eyeliner right on the first go until I tried Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner. It works like I’ve always wished liquid eyeliner worked, like a super-fine tipped pen. The fine, but firm tip gives you a very precise application which makes it very easy to get creative with the width and finish (i.e.: flicks!) of the line.
Great for beginner and advanced users a like, a 5/5 from me.
