I was really excited to try this new oil by Dove, it smelt great, is affordable, I have heard GREAT reviews, and it wasn’t just the same old hair oil in new packaging. I wasn’t as stoked with it as I hoped I would be. I have thick long hair, and normally use at least 3 pumps of my regular hair oil, which gets absorbed quickly as my hair is dry at the ends, so I thought I would try just 1 pump (it recommends 3-5 pumps!) of the dove to see how that went, and I found it really didn’t absorb very well, and left my hair feeling (and in some places looking) greasy. This would probably be great for someone with really dry coarse hair. I would not re-purchase this item.
