I was so happy, I scored myself a bargain. Other places Zumba retails for $99.99 to $160.00, so I was very pleased with myself.
The Set comes with 4 DVD Disks & 2 Zumba Toning Sticks. My first Zumba Routine was the ‘Basics & 20-Minute Express’ DVD – half-way through I was addicted – it’s so much fun!
Zumba enables you to let your hair down, and just move to the music and the beats. You don’t realise how fast time goes when you’re having so much fun, while toning your body and dropping a pants/dress size while doing it.
