Reader favourite: Raspberry Truffle martini

Raspberry Truffle Martini
Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts Vox Raspberry Vodka
1 part White Creme de Cacao

3/4 part Cream
1/2 part Chambord Liqueur
Garnish: raspberries or maraschino cherry, or a dusting of chocolate powder

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with raspberries or maraschino cherry.

Rose Gimlet
Ingredients:
1 oz rose hip infused gin
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz rose water
Garnish: Rose petals (pesticide Free)

To infuse gin, place 1 cup dried rose hips in 750 ml gin and allow to sit for several weeks in dark location, stirring occassionally. strain into final storage container.

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float rose petals on the top.
