I got a bit of a wake up call about the state of fashion blogging in New Zealand last month with the launch of Concrete Playground’s The Bloggers 2011 competition.
They’d gathered up the best in blogging in NZ across a range of subjects, including food, music, and of course, fashion.
If you missed the awards buzz, I wanted to share some of the hottest picks with you for your perusing pleasure!
This guy is so legit. I think he’s kinda my idol.
He’s a fashion writer, stylist, and as you can quickly see from his blog, he is living the kind of life a fashion lover would dream of!

Crowned the winner of The Bloggers 2011, I guess you could say this lady is the best fashion blogger in the country! As the story goes, her friend bought her the domain name as a gift, she started the blog a few years back, and the rest is history.
The blog is beautifully simple in design, and Katherine is right on top of the hottest trends – check her out already!
