
I found this idea at www.eventtrender.com, they have a recipe for a cream cheese/caramel dip, but most of the ingredients are found in NZ, so my version would be:
Fill small mason jars (which can be found at stores like the warehouse, spotlight or kitchen supply stores) with store bought caramel dipping sauce, and top with crunchy topping of your choice (crushed nuts mixed or not, crushed maltezers etc), seal and package as shown in the picture with a gorgous apple, decorate bag with some ribbon if it is a gift too!
