Brooke Fraser is such a lovely person when you get to see her in real life and perform Live. Her warming personality and contagious smile gives you a feeling that this Kiwi Artist will be one of New Zealand’s Singing Legends and around for some time spreading her heart felt, indie/pop style tunes. From the age of 18 to now at the age of 28, Brooke Fraser has captured many followers and fans across New Zealand, Australia, USA, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, France and she will be performing in Spain for the first time this year. Brooke Fraser has a very busy lifestyle, the majority of the time spent travelling across the states of USA performing Live Concerts. Half of her band members are Kiwis and the other half are Americans, which makes for the perfect mix of beats and rhythms.
Last year I had the opportunity to see Brooke perform Live in Taupo for her performance in the Winery Tour of 2011. I can say from my experience that her voice is so beautiful and her music so invigorating and heart felt. She comes across as such a genuine person, and her funny jokes had the audience captured and entertained…she really makes people feel at home and like you are part of her family and journey.

At the 2011 NZ Music Awards Brooke Fraser was awarded with the best/top selling single of the year for her song “Something in the Water”, and with this single the most heard song on NZ TV and on the Radio, and was also named NZ Artist of the year for 2011.
