Hello,

I’ve never been one for the gym and my alarm clock never goes off before 6am,  but all that changed when I joined my first boot camp experience with www.fitcamps.co.nz The trainers are amazing, and are great at motivating and pushing us to do better – even when we feel we can’t do anymore.

The workouts change every session, so you are not always doing the same exercise.  The team environment is great as everyone pushes each other to succeed.  You will also have fitness tests to track your progress.

Here is some info:

Locations: Two locations (Pt Erin – Herne Bay) and Mairangi Bay

Times: Start times vary from 6am – 7.45am (sessions generally run for 30 – 45mins including a warm up)
