Lions and coffee and clowns, oh my!
Circus Circus has been my local coffee haunt for the last ten or so years - nestled in the Mt Eden shops are a bit of a local icon with their circus themed decor. They serve amazing food and coffee throughout the day, but I highly recommend going in for brunch (my favourite meal of the day) - make sure you get in early as it is very popular!
