October is Eden’s Love your Body Month, a campaign that encourages women to love and appreciate their bodies.
In a society that seems to idolises a certain body type, we spend far too much time criticizing our bodies instead of appreciating how amazing they are.
Each week in October we’ll sharing a tip on how you can love and appreciate your body. Here’s week one:
Your body your vehicle for your life and dreams. You need to treat it well to perform to the best of your ability and achieve the things you want. Fuel your body with good food. Keep active to keep it healthy. Rest when you’re tired. Looking after your body is vital in learning to loving it.
