This is the last week of the Four Week Summer Challenge…it’s time to raise the bar!
We know you have been working hard, that’s why you chose the advanced options. The format of this workout is hard, we know!! We’ve done it ourselves and pushed many Genesis members through this workout, but we reckon you can kick it up a little again to finish this program off with a bang.
Try to complete your 50 reps as fast as you can and in a technically sound manner, so you know you took no short cuts. We’ve put in a cardio tickler in the middle to get that heart rate higher again so try and give that your all as well. And try and do that 1500m in a minimum time, you’ll be pleased you did it.
