If you’re anything like me, your cupboard will be packed full of classic white crockery – plates, mugs, bowls… the lot! It’s useful and classic, but doesn’t add much personality or colour to the kitchen.
This is why I love this super easy DIY project that’s all over Pinterest at the moment – all you need is a plain piece of crockery, a sharpie, an oven and a steady hand. After cleaning the crockery and drying it well, simply draw your design on with the sharpie. Once you’re done, bake it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to set the ink. The finished pieces won’t be able to go through the dishwasher, but hand-washing your work of art is totally worth it.
