1: Get a good night’s sleep
You can buy all the potions and pills in the world to deceive your tired brain, but you need to make sure you look after the basics in order to feel fresh all day, every day. Getting a good sleep ensures that you are firing on all cylinders for the rest of the day. 2: Soothe yourself into the day
The jarring siren-like tones of your alarm clock or the overly happy morning radio announcers are not the best way to be jolted into the world of the awake. 3: Develop a morning exercise routine
Be it yoga, pilates, a walk around the block, a swim at the pools or an early morning gym session – start the day off by getting the blood pumping. It’s not because the smells have run out – so don’t go overboard trying to compensate – it’s just that you’ve gotten used to it and you’ve become desensitised to the scent. Remember to mix up your yummy smelling moisturisers, shampoos and body washes in the morning to ensure that heavenly scents stay fresh all day long.
5: Wipe your cares away
As the day wears on it’s nice to be able to wipe away the troubles that a modern day nzgirl accrues. I’m not about to advocate the snipping off of your of your feet to keep you on your toes, more the end of your hair.
