It’s true, if you want to focus your attention on creating strong and sexy abs, 10 minutes a day will achieve your ab goals. Ab queen Nora Tobin swears by this exercise, and you don’t have to be anywhere near a gym to do it.

Why does it matter?

Having strong abs is so much more than looking good. As we age, after the age of 40, we lose 10% of our muscle mass every ten years – that’s 1% a year. So we need to keep on our exercise game to stop abs turning into flab.
