Got a question about using nzgirl? We’ve got some tips to help you sort your issues out…
- I’ve forgotten my unique ID/password/I need a new password/I want to change my password.
If you’ve forgotten your uniqueID or password, click here to be sent a new one. You’ll need either your uniqueID or (if you’ve forgotten that), the email address you used to sign up to the site. We’ll send you an email asking you to confirm this, then you’ll be sent your new details. If you’re really stuck, email us at email@example.com with your first name, last name and where you live.
- I tried to get a new password but it didn’t work.
Try clicking here, enter your email address and hit “submit”. We’ll send you an email asking you to confirm this, then you’ll be sent your new details. If you’re really stuck, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first name, last name and where you live.
- I need to change my address/ phone number/ email
You can update all this information here.
- I can’t log out of the site
This is more likely to be an issue the settings/caching on your computer rather than something we can rectify at our end. If you open up a webpage, then go into “Tools” then “Internet Options” and try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. You should now be able to log out.
- I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter/ site
Click “unsubscribe” on the bottom of the newsletter, this will take you to a page where you need to UNCHECK the database you’d like to be unsubscribed from. Or amend your subscriptions within your profile. If you’re still stuck, either reply to the newsletter clearly stating unsubscribe, or send us an email asking to be removed from the newsletter database.
- I can’t log in
Try clicking here to go to the log in screen and make sure you are logging into the nzgirl site. If this doesn’t work you may need to email us to make sure you definitely are a member and haven’t just signed up for the newsletter database or nzgirl email.
- Can I connect with Facebook, if I’m already an nzgirl member…
Yes, definitely. The first time you log in with Facebook we’ll merge both your accounts together.
