Green smoothies are a fabulous breakfast or post workout snack/drink. Green smoothies tick all the boxes – they’re easy to make, delicious, full of natural ingredients and nutrient packed. I’ve rounded up my all time favourite green smoothies to save you trawling through the web for the best recipes.

1. Green Recovery Smoothie

This yummy smoothie recipe is perfect post workout drink as it’s high in electrolytes which you lose in sweat. Find it over at Green Kitchen Stories blog.

2. Minimalist Baker’s Favourite Green Smoothie

This smoothie is one of my favourites too.  You can switch the peanut butter for almond butter too, or if you’re allergic to nuts, sunflower seed butter. Check it out here

3. Mango Green Smoothie
