Surprise Your Tastebuds With These Divine Fruity Popsicles!

Enjoying a popsicle or ice block on a warm summer’s day is one of those simple pleasures in life.  I’ve taken quite a fancy to making my own  with delicious, fresh fruity flavours. The good thing about making your own is there’s no artificial flavours or colours – just fresh, natural ingredients. Plus they taste delicious. The two pictured above are Boysenberry Coconut and Kiwifruit Banana.

Kiwifruit Banana Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients (makes 6)

  • 4 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped.
  • 2 large bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of thick vanilla yoghurt or coconut yoghurt (our fave is Raglan Coconut Yoghurt)
  • 1 kiwifruit sliced into rounds

Blend all ingredients until smooth, except the extra kiwifruit.  Slice the extra kiwifruit and slip down the sides of the ice block moulds. Spoon in the blended fruit/yoghurt mixture and insert popsicle sticks.  Freeze until set.
