Ming Makes Cupcakes (and so can you!)

I came across Ming’s delectable site a couple of years ago, but was recently reminded of it by a friend. I love how its simple design and recipes make them all seem fairly easy and achievable, but most of all, I love her gorgeous pics – of vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and a maple syrup drizzle, or one with gooey lemon filling and dreamy meringue peaks… This is a truly drool-worthy site that’s worth its weight in food porn points.

Best of all, it’s not all your generic cupcake recipes. From gingerbread cupcakes filled with fluffly cream cheese frosting to flourless beet chocolate cupcakes with whipped cream, it’s a must-view for any cupcake fan.
