Want a little piece of your own Sex and the City magic? Make like Carrie and enjoy a wine (or cocktail) upstairs on the plush booths at Everybody’s in Auckland.
Last month we held our first ever #bloggersclub here and it was a lot of fun with a good atmosphere that was bustling, warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.
We enjoyed the Duck Fat Chips, Tokyo Chicken and Hummus & Bread platters. What won our vote? The Duck Fat Chips. You can’t go to Everybody’s and NOT have these bad boys!
The decor throughout the restaurant is old school glamour from the courtyard and the mezzanine floor to the chandeliers and the plush booths.
There’s a nice story behind the venue too – the Victorian building used to be an old cinema but was left pretty much untouched for 50 years after a fire. Then on the 100th anniversary of the building, the Everybody’s team opened up the glamorous new Bar & Bistro. The rest is history, well almost.
