While the weather’s taken a chilly turn over the past few weeks, I’m loving the gorgeously clear, blue skies we’ve been having. Yes, the sun isn’t baking hot anymore but that doesn’t mean you can treat yourself to a frozen dessert!
I stumbled across this beautifully simple lemon sorbet recipe on Pinterest the other day – all you need to make it is a couple of lemons, some sugar and water! Take a look at the recipe here.
