Cupcake Icing with a Twist!

I was reading about this little trick the other day to help me solve a little problem of mine… by the time I’ve made cupcakes I can never be bothered icing them. Sometimes it’s worth taking the easy way out.

So 5 minutes before your cupcakes are cooked get a big marshmallow (the Mr Mallow ones are perfect) slightly press into your cupcake and you’ll end up with a gooey toasted icing YUM!
