It’s always a big decision: Do you want a cupcake or a cookie? Well wonder no more – I’ve stumbled upon the perfect solution: 3D Cupcake Cookies!
Created by The Sweet Adventures of Sugarbelle, these are made from stacked sugar cookies smothered in icing. They’re definitely cupcakes for cookie lovers – not only do you get the flavour and crunch of a good sugar cookie, but they look as cute as a cupcake!
While the finished cookie cupcakes looks complicated, they’re pretty simple to make – all you need to do is stack cookies, ‘glue’ with icing, then drizzle more icing over the top. Check out the step-by-step tutorial here and get baking! I can’t wait to try these out for myself.
