The Department Store in Takapuna held its bi-annual fashion show last Friday 5th October and put on a predictably fabulous showcase of their new pieces by RUBY, Topshop, Karen Walker, Liam, Tigerlily, Black Box, I Love Ugly and more.

Models and fashion show aside, the real style icons of the night were the seriously well-heeled crowd who polished up without the help of a stylist and makeup artist.
Check out these sequin Jamie jeans by MOTO at Topshop. They are possibly one of the best things I’ve seen all year. And teamed with that necklace, that makeup, that hair and that bag – simply fabulous.
