This week I attended the launch of the amazing new Nike Free Run+ 3 and was impressed not only by its great feel and natural movement, but its good looks too.
After going for a run barefoot, then doing the same route in the Free Run, you could appreciate how natural the trainer feels to run in. It’s super light and you get the full range of motion experienced in barefoot running, plus you get the support and comfort of a sports shoe.
In a nutshell, the shoe enables you to run naturally therefore strengthening the muscles in your feet and legs to give you a more efficient workout.
We also sweated it out with Nike trainer Marie Purvis in the Free Run shoes. The shoes flexed and moved with your foot, keeping you cool and comfortable through your workout, as well as providing stability.
The new Nike Free Run+ 3 has a number of unique features including a Dynamic Fit system. The soft material wraps like fingers around your midsole and arch, giving the shoe a glove-like fit. This means you have extra support but the shoe still moves with the natural movement of your foot. The sole system has specially designed grooves that allow the shoe to move more. These features allow the shoe to replicate a natural running style.
The Nike Free+ 3 range is available in a range of colours and styles, check them out here.
