When it’s cold outside, a trip to the gym, or even a jog outside in the chimney smoke and icy air can seems like torture, but you shouldn’t let the weather get to your fitness levels.
I workout at home all the time – and most of the stuff I use is super cheap or free, so anyone can get into it!
