Auckland Art and Craft Fair, tomorrow!

It’s time for the Auckland Art and Craft Fair again! Jeepers it does come around so quick. Auckland Art and Craft Fair is Auckland’s best twice yearly market for locally made ingenious design, craft and art products, including everything from herb garden plant markers to cute stationary, wall art to fine jewellery and handmade guitars to terrariums.

Hosted in Auckland’s Aotea Centre’s foyer from 11 – 4pm with a huge 100+ stall holders. It’s a great opportunity to buy directly from the seller, you can rest assured you are getting the best price for their product, supporting a local business (think of your slowly disappearing carbon footprint) and buying something that’s not mass produced always makes it a little more special. You can see and join the event on facebook here.

Since Christmas is almost upon us the market has been extended by an hour to help ease congestion (it’s that popular) and this one is going to be a gooden, with so many marketeers working hard over the last few weeks to bring you their latest and greatest by the bucket load. I know this from my own experience, I’ll be there selling my things- see a wee taste of what you might find on my stall, Make Believe, here.

Never fear if you are outside Auckland too, most of the stall holders sell online. You can read all about them here on the Auckland Art and Craft Fair’s blog.

Bring your friends and look out for these crazy kids, The White Face Crew, entertaining people in the square as they enter.

Oh! And did I mention Niceblocks will be there too? You really can’t miss it!
