If you’re into running, you’ll know the importance of comfortable, supportive shoes to help you run to the best of your ability. The new Nike LunarGlide+ 4 shoes were the perfect replacement for my beloved old Nike shoes that had clocked up a large number kilometres. Out of all shoes, I find Nike’s the best fit for my feet. They’re the only shoes that haven’t given me blisters for long distance running. The new LunarGlide+ 4 give you lots of support, they’re comfortable, and have an amazing cushioning sole. They’re also lightweight. And it doesn’t hurt that they look pretty good too! I’ve got the hot pink pair but I’m also in love with the white/neon pair – so on trend right now.
There’s lots of features that make the new LunarGlide+ 4 a great shoe for runners. They contain a Dynamic Support system, a two-part midsole which provides stability, comfort and cushioning. Opposing wedges of foam within the shoe move the runner from soft to stable as the heel lands and the foot flexes down. This provides a gradual transition across the foot and a smooth ride for a variety of gaits.
