To me, girls with golden locks are the picture of summer, but what to use to get the best out of your honey-hued tresses? Golden Eye
From eye dusts to shadows, when it comes to a little shimmer the trick is less is more. A little gold lining the eye can lighten and brighten or used as a base it’s a great blender for neutral creams or seaside shades of green and blue.
