We love easy and simple ways to keep our skin healthy, toned and flawless – and there’s nothing better than the Garnier Face Gym!
The Face Gym is a quick and simple routine of facial exercises that when applied on a daily basis can help enhance blood flow, decrese stress levels, lines and wrinkles for younger and healther looking skin. Hands up who doesn’t want that?!
Anya discovered these fabo exercises at a recent Garnier launch and was so impressed with them, that we're going to share them with you! Modelled by the gorgeous and ultra fab exercise instructor, Lee-Anne Wann, check out how you can do the exercises for yourself, whether at home, work or on the bus.
Best of all, it’s free! All you need is a clean face, clean fingers and the know how to get those fingers moving. For best results we recommend applying the super lush Garnier UltraLift Pro-X Re-Plumping Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream on to cleansed and toned skin. This helps prevent pulling on the skin, and the exercises really help ease the product into your skin more thoroughly for maximum results!

Possum in the headlights
Fan your fi ngers with your thumbs folded in. Place your fi ngers where your scalp meets your head, near your temples. Push straight up and hold raising your eyebrows – open

Inhale through the nose, make fists and say with your mouth closed ‘Go The All Blacks’ while squeezing eyes shut. This works the complete face area, and relieves tension and stress lines. It targets all of you facial muscles with the focus on your forehead and eye muscles.
Repeat: 10 times
Hold: For the count of two
Pucker up
Stretch your mouth as wide as you can as if saying ‘cheese’ but keeping mouth closed, hold for two seconds, and then pucker up by pushing your lips out as far as you can and hold for two seconds. Start slowly and increase speed gradually. This targets the mouth area to reduce lines around the corners of the mouth and lift the cheeks.
Repeat: 20 Times
The Glance Dance Open eyes and do the following sequence; look up, look down, look left, look right. Start slowly and increase speed gradually. This works the eyes, and works wonders! It helps to reduce crows feet and is a great exercise if you spend hours staring at a computer screen each day.
