Cocktail-o’clock is fast approaching! Check out this tasty treat you can re-create for yourself at home, just in time for the weekend...
This week we popped into Mac’s Brew Bar in Newmarket where we were treated to a zesty, fruit infused cocktail.
With a prime spot along Nuffield Street, Brew Bar has established a strong reputation as one of the city's top beer bars. However, as we found out, they also do a damn delicious cocktail!
Kriselle, one of Brew Bar's resident bartenders, was on hand to whip up a scrumptious cocktail for us to enjoy. Named ‘Min Che’, this divine cocktail combines the flavours of lychee, mint and apple sours.
It's one of Brew Bar's most popular cocktails, and we were lucky enough to score the recipe! You can either try it out for yourself at home or pop into the bar and taste one made by the pros.
