The Classic Crantini Make it faster and simpler with this easy variation of the classic Cosmo.
3 ½ oz Vodka ½ oz of Cranberry juice
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass and shake well.
Sprinkle with vodka soaked cranberries, serve chilled.
The Refreshing Gimlet Another one that is easy to do, with minimal ingredients.
2 oz Gin ¾ oz Sweetened Lime Juice 1/2 teaspoon pure cane sugar
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake.
Add cane sugar and plenty of ice to keep the syrup factor down.
Strain into a short glass with ice.
Decorate the Gimlet with some festive orange peel, sliced thinly.
The Twisted The Cockroach This one truly is as twisted as they come, and if you can bear the name then you truly are game! (If you like this I bet you’re on Santa’s naughty list...)
1 ½ oz Tequila 1 oz Kahlua
Layer tequila with Kahlua into a cocktail glass and set on fire!
The Smooth Besame (Kiss Me) Use the smooth taste of Agavero, which is also a natural aphrodisiac, and sweet raspberries to get you in the mood for Christmas romance.
2 lime wedges 5-6 raspberries 1 ½ oz Agavero Passionfruit juice to finish
Muddle the limes and raspberries into a highball glass.

6 eggs separated ½ cup of very fine sugar ¼ teaspoon vanilla 2 cups of Brandy 1 cup of milk Nutmeg to garnish
Beat egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, salt and vanilla until thick and light yellow.
Slowly beat in brandy and milk.
Cover and chill overnight.
Shortly before serving, beat the egg whites to soft peaks.
Gradually beat in remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beat this cream mixture to soft peaks.
Fold meringue into beaten cream.
Then slowly pour on chilled the brandy mixture, folding in gently.
Serve in a mug or coffee glass with nutmeg on top.
