This week we visited Deschler's Bar in Auckland, where we were treated to a delicious Christie's New Zealand Crisp Gin cocktail.
Nestled along High Street, Deschler's has gained a reputation as one of Auckland’s premier jazz and cocktail venues. The staff here really know their stuff, and can whip up cocktails to suit each and every individual's own unique tastes!
Keep an eye out for a new and improved Cocktail menu which is due to be released very soon! And If you’re a Deschler's regular, don’t worry, we’ve been assured classic favourites such as the ‘Lush Kiss’ and ‘Chocolate Monkey’ will still be available.
Sam, our very nifty bartender whipped us up this tasty cocktail named Space - combining Christie's Gin, hazelnut liqueur and the citrusy tang of lemon. Delicious!

Ingredients 30mls Christie's New Zealand Crisp Gin 30mls Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur The juice of one whole fresh lemon
Squeeze lemon juice into a mixing glass.
Add ice, Frangelico and Christie's. Shake well.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Enjoy as you experience the delightful taste of hazelnut, lemon and crisp gin all combined in one sweet sip!
