It's Friday which means cocktail-o'clock is fast approaching! Cocktail Corner is a new feature on nzgirl, where we'll be regularly whipping up tasty treats to get you in the mood for the weekend...
You’ll find Honey in the heart of Auckland’s shopping and dining area, and the bar lives in the impressive historical Administrator House. Honey team are known for their delectable cocktails, so we headed along to find out if the talk is true.
Ben, one of the Honey bartenders whipped us up a tasty cocktail which you can try out for yourself at home! It’s also on the Honey menu, so head into the bar if you want to taste one made by the experts!

Creamy Honey Baby
Ingredients: 30ml Baileys 15ml Manuka Honey 42 Below Vodka 15ml Frangelico A dash of Kahlua 30ml cream Liquid honey
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
Shake well
Drizzle a martini glass with liquid honey to garnish
Strain cocktail into the garnished martini glass
Sprinkle with grated white chocolate and milk chocolate to garnish.
Enjoy it baby!
