It's Friday which means cocktail-o'clock is fast approaching! Cocktail Corner is a new feature on nzgirl, where we'll be regularly whipping up tasty treats to get you in the mood for the weekend...
After last week's delicious cocktail, we return to Seba Bar on Fort Street in Auckland to enjoy another of our bartender Jarred's delicious concotions.
This week we bring you the 'Gentle Wave', a deliciously sweet cocktail which combines the creamy, smooth flavour of Baileys with sweet butterscotch. The cinnamon garnish adds a gorgeous spice to the flavour of the cocktail.
Try out the recipe below, I'm sure you'll absolutely love it!

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
Shake
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
Enjoy!
