There’s something very entertaining about responding to a survey which includes questions like “would you rather sleep with a bald partner or someone with a mullet?”.
SunSilk have just launched the SunSilk National Hair Survey, the largest ever survey of New Zealanders’ hair.
Hosted by Kelly Swanson-Roe, the survey aims to put an end to hair stereotypes once and for all and reveal the truth about hair, as well as answering such age-old questions like whether anyone thinks men with mullets are better in the sack.
You can do the survey online at www.sunsilk.co.nz, and it took me less than 10 minutes to complete.
It not only covers off essential questions on hair type and styles, but quizzes you on common hair stereotypes from hair colour vs intellect, appeal of bald men vs the mullet (not sure if there’s a right answer for that one!) and favourite celebrity hairstyles.
This survey even has an over-18s sealed section for the more probing hair and sex questions.
Be honest with answers to “Have you ever taken a sickie on a bad hair day?’ "Have you ever dumped someone because of a bad haircut?" or “Would you'd rather have great hair or great sex?” but just make sure your boss (or your boyfriend) isn’t reading over your shoulder!
SunSilk are rewarding participants with great prizes, including a massive $30,000 in cash! Plus, there are daily instant prizes of Breville Hair appliances.
Seeing as our theme for July revolves around “having your say”, it’s a good time to take part in this survey. That way when the results come out in September you’ll know you helped shape them – plus win that $30,000 cash and you’ll be able to guarantee you never have a bad hair day ever again.

NOTE: The survey will run until the end of August 2005.
