There are many reasons why nzgirls would love to be like Beyonce. She has an amazing musical career, she’s acted alongside Mike Myers, she’s launching her own clothing line – plus now she’s dating rapper Jay-Z.
However another reason to admire Beyonce is that she is purely an Independent Woman when it comes to her style. Whether you love it or hate it, you’ve got to give her props for her bold and unique personal style.
Hair
Beyonce seems to have a new style every week. However her four most popular do’s are the J.Lo-esque bouffant with honey-colour extensions, the middle-parted straight and long, the wavy crimp, or the big bold afro.
Make Up
As for her make up, Beyonce tries not to wear too much since she has very sensitive skin – she’s even allergic to perfume. However to accentuate her skin tone her favourite products are light brown or golden eye shadows and brown tinted lip-glosses. But when she wants to look ‘bootylicious’ for a night out on the town she prefers to wear golden pinks and blue shadows on her lids, with a dark liner inside the inner rims of her eye, complemented with a peachy pink gloss.
Fashion
Beyonce’s fashion choices are always daring because she loves to flaunt her voluptuous figure. She loves crossover tops and plunging necklines – anything to accentuate her ‘assets’! Her favourite fabrics are ones that either sparkle or shine. She also can often be seen sporting mini skirts and asymmetrical pieces, halter tops and mini skirts. And. her favourite colours include baby pink, aqua, violet, silver and gold.
Team a halter-top with a denim miniskirt and kitten heels - and the end result is Beyonce-perfection!
