Drew’s presenting career began with McDonald's Young Entertainers - on which he was a 'super trouper' in the late 90's – too cute! When it comes to music, Drew's taste is broad. He loves Usher to System of a Down, Jeff Buckley and everything in between.
Winstone Park: Sandringham There is nothing quite like walking in the park. Especially when the park is Winstone Park. If I had a girlfriend, this is where we would walk together. Unfortunately I don’t, so I walk alone. Anywho... On a more positive note, Winstone Park is a great lookout point to appreciate the beauty that is… Sandringham! From its peak, you can see everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! I don’t walk there anymore!
Jyotis Dairy: 328 Mount Albert Road, Sandringham This is the best dairy in the world! Why? Because it’s my uncle Jyotis’ dairy. I grew up working behind the counter and sometimes I still work there on the weekends, even though my uncle doesn’t want me to. He believes we’re not related, but I think everyone is related somewhere down the line. Even you and me!
The Meat Boss: 921 Dominion Road, Sandringham I ate a kilogram of steak last night. No jokes. It was from ‘The Meat Boss’. Get it in ya. Enough said.
Auckland Leather: 921 Dominioin Road Auckland I don’t know if you know this, but Sandringham is the leather capital of New Zealand. If you hang out in my hood, you’ve got to have your leather! Whether it’s custom made leather pants or my personal favourite, waist-coats, Auckland Leather has all of your leather requirements! Come and get some, you know you want to.
Yong Fa: 1001 Dominion Road, Mount Roskill This is THE BEST restaurant in Auckland! Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Yong Fa’s interior is fit for a king. Yong Fa is Jamaican for ‘Eat Fresh’. Subway got wind of this and decided to use it as their slogan. If you’re looking for the most succulent meal ever, Yong Fa is the place for you! If I had a girlfriend, this is where we would dine. Unfortunately I don’t, so I eat alone.
