Blackcurrant bellini cocktail

Pineapple delight
An easy way to bring the feeling of summer back into the cold winter weather! Simply slice half a pineapple into small chunks. Pour half a cup of Malibu into a mixing bowl, and allow the pineapple to soak the Malibu up. Best left for at least four hours.
Peary breeze Yummy and oh-so-fruity! Fill a glass with ice cubes, and pour two parts pear vodka, two parts apple juice and two parts cranberry juice over. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Mango pash Love passionfruit? This one is for you! In a glass muddle four juicy basil leaves and 1 orange slice (you can squash the juices out with a simple spoon), and then fill with ice. Add 30mls passionfruit vodka and and top with mango juice. If that doesn’t scream tropical paradise – I don’t know what does!
Ginger and blackcurrant cocktail Super easy, but super impressive! The combination of Blackcurrant Sourz with the spicy gingerbeer is delicious. Mix 30ml Blackcurrant Sourz with a glass of gingerbeer – voila!
