Role: Senior Campaign Manager Location: Auckland, New Zealand Pay: $55-70k dependent on experience Flossie Media Group (FMG) is a female-centric masthead network of sites, powered by the founding investors of Australasia’s greatest success story www.trademe.co.nz and creators of one of the largest dedicated online magazines in Asia Pacific, www.nzgirl.co.nz
The masthead site www.flossie.com brings together the ‘Best of the Best’ female focused websites to make it easier for women to find relevant content online and for advertisers to reach their female target audience. Currently there are 25 female centric sites on the masthead network. By July 2009 we anticipate 30 Australian specific sites to have joined the network with a base of one million domestic de-duped unique browsers. Not just an ad network, Flossie’s key point of difference is the ability to connect and display content.
Flossie Media Group makes buying online media easier, faster and more cost efficient. The network enables agencies and clients to access an enormous online audience of New Zealand and Australian women in one place. We need you to play an integral part in this role! We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic and driven professional to be a central part of the Flossie Media Group Campaign Management team.
Working closely with the Sales and Editorial teams you will need to be a well presented, extremely organized, enthusiastic professional who prides them self on customer service, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high end campaigns with calm and ease. We need a team player, someone who thrives on challenges, a fast paced working environment, creativity and flair, and strong leadership skills.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage campaign bookings for assigned clients
- Manage inventory and booking systems
- Develop strong internal relationships with the editorial and sales team.
- Ensure all clients are comfortable with working with FMG and to ensure their objectives and expectations are met every step of the way.
- Work alongside campaign management team effectively to ensure all results and KPIs are being met as a team
- Focus on client retention by result and confidence in the FMG medium
- Coordinate Network Publisher requirements under the direction of the Network Manager
- Use initiative to ensure processes are always in place to improve efficiencies and work load.
Skill Level / Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal
- 3-5 years experience with online advertising and/or marketing; campaign management, planning, trafficking, creative executions, etc.
- Key focus on customer service and retention.
- A proven knowledge of brands and agencies; who they are, what they specialise in, how you can help them achieve their goals, etc.
- The ability to manage campaign executives to get results
- Analytical and interpretative skills – understanding of financial, media research information, and related analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge in digital performance; tracking, conversions, benchmarking of results, trouble shooting, and ability to find creative solutions
- Understanding of and respect for processes, structure, procedures and their part in maximising sales and performance for all campaigns.
- Strong presentations skills; particularly with reporting and performance analysis presented back to clients.
- High level of personal and motivational drive.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Keen eye for new innovations, creative executions/solutions
- The ability to identify and resolve conflict in a positive and constructive way.
- Passion for digital knowledge and drive to continue learning in this area.
- Effective time management skills, ability to meet daily deadlines
- Well presented, with a professional manner.
- Knowledge of business or management ideas, with a strong desire to learn more.
Personality/Nature: - A passionate team player with a hands-on approach, but not afraid to work autonomously.
- Able to handle deadlines and pressure - take challenges in your stride.
- Attention to detail with diligence to follow up on open assignments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
