With hundreds of snack foods on supermarket shelves, it can be hard to sort the good from the bad. Nutritionist Nicola Graham dishes her favourite snack foods that tick all the boxes – healthy, yummy and still filling enough to keep you going between meals.
1.Tasti or Nice & Natural Fruit and Nut Bars
Nuts and dried fruit are a healthy addition to your diet, meaning these Fruit and Nut bars are the perfect way to get just the right amount of goodness, without getting too many calories.
