It’s almost the weekend, which means cocktail o’clock is fast approaching! We turned to Flossie’s resident barman Frankie for some great cocktail inspiration.
Take your pick from three of Frankie's very tasty and easy to make recipes; from the perfect Gin and Tonic, the ultimate refreshing summer drink and right through to a darling pink punch...
The perfect London dry G & T If you’re a gin girl, you’ll love Frankie’s expert tips to perfecting the perfect G & T. Delish on a balmy night!
1: Find a tall glass, pull your pre-chilled bottle of Tanqueray London Dry from your freezer, add a generous glug to your ice filled glass.
2: Charge with cold Schweppes tonic water (to a ratio of no more than one part Tanqueray, three parts tonic).
4: Squeeze a fat wedge or two of lime in, stir quickly and enjoy.

1: Build 1 part Christie’s New Zealand Crisp Gin and 3-4 parts Ch'i in a tall glass on ice, as you would a G & T.
2: Garnish with a wedge of lime or two, squeezed, then rubbed round the rim of the glass.
Finish with a long, angled slice of cucumber (it’s prettier and big enough to dip this way).

1: Take your tallest slim glass (not a pint, though!) and fill it completely with ice.
2: Pour in 30ml Smirnoff Vodka, 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (roughly one lemon) and mix with a little caster sugar to taste.
3: Charge with 50ml Champagne (Frankie recommends Daniel le Brun or Nicholas Feuillate), then add a large dash of Crème de Cassis slowly (this will make it look pretty).
4: Finish with a straw, three fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon.
