If you cut down on just $18 of your groceries a week you’ll easily be able to afford to go to the gym. It may mean less snickers bars or gummi lollies at the supermarket but you’ll be thanking yourself for it in the long run.
I’m too tired
Well the irony of this is that exercises boots your energy levels, so by doing exercise you will keep yourself active and able to fulfil all your daily tasks.
