That said there are a few jewels of wisdom in here packaged in a strangely humorous manner. Even if you don’t completely agree with everything Mr. Boom has to say, at least you will come out of reading this with an opinion! Even the snacks and desserts are great!” What we say: This offers a great deal of recipes that allow you to learn about nutrition while being fed in tasty ways. The beginning of the book has a comprehensive guide on what should be in your kitchen and what shouldn’t, along with tips for cutting back the fat. If you’re looking to loose weight or learn about nutrition this book is a definite kitchen must have.
