Blue Hawaiian Cocktail Lay back and pretend you’re on a tropical island with this tasty cocktail that will leave you feeling anything but blue.
All you need to do to whip up this tasty treat is blend 1/2oz rum, ½ oz of blue curacao, ½ oz of coconut cream and 1 ½ oz of pineapple juice with ice! Add a slice of pineapple to garnish and you have yourself one hot little drink!
Berry Bramble Cocktail Get a little fruity with this delicious summer drink. All you need is 45mls of gin, a dash of sugar syrup, three wedges of lime, six raspberries (plus one to garnish with) and (of course) some crushed ice!
Get yourself a shaker and muddle the raspberries and lime, add the gin and sugar syrup, fill with ice then shake well. Strain into a highball glass with the crushed ice and plop that little raspberry on top.
Fraise Jelly Shots
These sweet treats are perfect for the summer party and nice and easy to make as well. Grab a punnet of strawberries, cut them in half then divide between about 20 shot glasses - putting one or two halves in each.
Over a low heat, dissolve a teaspoon of gelatine and 1/4 cup sugar in ½ a cup of water. Remove from the heat and carefully add two cups of Lindauer Fraise, trying carefully to minimise the fizz. Give it a stir then pour into the shot glasses. Refrigerate for at least one-two hours.
Sangria Made with red wine, fresh seasonal fruit and a bit of bubbly, this Spanish drink is both easy to make, goes the distance at parties and most importantly is very, very yummy.
There are many variations on the recipe but to take it back to its basics, all you’ll need to do is mix a bottle of red wine with both a lemon and an orange cut into wedges (squeeze them into the wine then just drop them on in), two tablespoons of sugar and a shot of brandy. Chill over night then add two cups of ginger ale before you serve.
Mimosa If you’re more into your white wine then try this yummy spin on your regular bubbles. All you need to add to your sparkling wine is one tablespoon of triple sec, two tablespoons of fresh orange juice and if you’re feeling particularly fancy, an orange wheel for garnish. Instant transformation!
